Upon winning the offer, a signed Sales Contract prepared by a licensed Agent in that State (depending on which state the property is located) must be submitted within 24 hours after the winning offer, along with the earnest money deposited with an escrow agent.

What is the “Agent Compensation” – Using the OnlineRealtyOffers.com option, real estate commission is paid in the form of an “Agent Compensation”. Agent Compensation can range from 3% to 12% of the “Final/Highest Offer Price (not the Final Sales Price).
The final sales price is calculated in the following manner:
Highest Offer + Agent Compensation = Final Sales Price.
Realtor commissions are paid from the Agent Compensation NOT the final sales price.

Terms You Should Know
Offering Auto Extend – Our system Prevents Last Second Offers by Automatically Extending the Offer Time Period
If an offeror places a offer within 5 minutes of the end of the offer time period, the system will automatically extend the offer time by 10 minutes in order to allow other offerors the opportunity to respond.
Attention Winning Offers
If You Are The Winning Offeror: Our Sellers Agent will contact your agent to discuss your offer to determine the net price the seller will receive. The Highest Offer does NOT mean you have an accepted contract.
